Cancellation Policy

At Clean Hub, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your order.

- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
- After 12 hours, cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.
- To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact Us details.
- If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may follow our Return Policy after receiving the product, if eligible.
- For prepaid orders, eligible refunds will be processed according to our Refund Policy.

Clean Hub reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests for orders that have already been processed or shipped.
